References to certification programs such as LEED, NetZero, Uptime Institute Tier standards or EU-GMP describe the standards we design and build to. Certification of any specific building is granted by the relevant certifying body, not by Terrahills, and depends on the project scope agreed in writing.

Any quote, estimate, or proposal we provide is subject to the terms stated within that document and may be revised based on site conditions, regulatory requirements, material availability, design changes, and other factors. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until formalized in a signed construction or services agreement.
